Mohd Norddin Jusoh, aged 34, was charged with raping a 13-year-old girl three times near a water tank at Menara Taman Chantik in Jalan Senohong, Taman Pertama, Cheras. The grave digger allegedly committed the crime at 8:30pm on 15 and 31 December 2006, and at 9pm on 9 January 2007.
The judge set bail at RM10,000 bail and fixed 6 August 2007 for trial.
