A bra thief was caught by two sisters' father and brother last Sunday, who had been suspected of stealing bras from Chow Chai Chen, aged 22, and Chow Chai Peng, aged 15.
The sisters have been losing their underwear since moving into the Bandar Baru Air Itam flats two years ago. He has been remanded by the police for three days to aid investigations and would be sent for psychiatric evaluation.
