A pair of siblings were in a Selayang court and charged with the murder of a labourer V. Baskaran at Lot 16 hardware store in Selayang Baru, Batu Caves, on November 26 2006.
Lorry driver B. Kaliyapan, aged 29, and his sister B. Kaliamah, aged 31, were believed to have thrown a flower pot at the victim's head, killing him.
Their case will be mentioned together with an earlier case in which two others were charged with the same crime. They have not been granted bail. The hearing is set on January 19 2007.
