A 4-year-old girl was lured into a public toilet by a man, who is believed to be mentally ill. He tried to grope her at Jalan Pos Bahru but was caught by the girl's father and some members of the public.
The mother had earlier tried to pull her daughter away from the man, who had pulled down the girl's panties and starting touching her. She then alerted the father, who managed to save the girl.
