The woman who was remanded by the police to assist in the investigations of the murder of a man whose body was chopped into 11 pieces and stuffed into a refrigerator in a condominium unit in Mont Kiara had previously registered her name for the unit. It is believed that police are looking for the woman's boyfriend as well.
Post-mortem results suggests that the cuts made to the body were clean and possibly the work of a "semi-professional", according to some sources. Police have not ruled out the possibility that all the internal organs of the body were removed before it was put in the refrigerator.
Police are awaiting for the DNA results to identify the victim, who is believed to be a Singaporean. They are working with the Singapore counterparts to locate his relatives.
