20-year-old Nazrul Hakimy Latip has claimed trial to raping a 16-year-old girl at his Taman Greenwood house in Batu Caves on 7 February 2007. The mechanic was believed to have committed the crime between 2pm and 5pm that day.
The Sessions Court judge granted him RM5,000 bail with one surety. His case will be mentioned on 12 July 2007.
