Shah Alam

The presiding judge of the Altantuya case has decided to postpone the hearing by two weeks yesterday in court.

Tun Abd Majid Tun Hamzah was appointed as the new lead prosecutor, while one of the accused said he had an alibi while a lawyer was found to be related to the presiding judge.

Altantuya's family had filed a RM100 million suit against the Malaysian Government and the three accused for deliberately delaying the proceedings.
